Mindfulness
Adopting a nonjudgemental stance encourages you to be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness can include breathing exercises, movement, meditation, aromatherapy, etc., and helps restore the mind-body connection.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a brain/body-based trauma treatment modality that uses a pointer to help you process traumatic information.

Our Process

1. We Get to Know One Another
First, during our consultation call, we’ll speak briefly about what is bringing you to therapy. We will review important details about working together and you’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions of me.

2. Initial Appointments
Continuing to get to know one another, we will spend some time in session gathering information in what’s typically called an “intake”. Learning more about your background will help me to get to know you.

3. Ongoing Therapy
Together we will ebb and flow between structured appointments and space for exploration, skill development, and focused mindfulness. Periodically, we will check-in and assess our progress on reaching your expressed goals.

4. Establishing a Wellness Community
Lasting change is an ongoing effort and a wellness community can be helpful in ensuring you have more than one network. Supportive communities that support your mind-body connection, emotional intelligence, and overall wellbeing are essential to your wellness.
